I got the box and my son and I worked to put this cart together. The roller wheels were of different sizes and we had a 1/4" difference in height, which caused the cart to rock horribly. I contacted the company and they blew me off. I went to the hardware store and tried to find another roller wheel to match (with no luck). I finally used some large washers to make up the difference in height. The metal used in this unit is thin and didn't feel sturdy. Buyer beware. I spent a lot of extra time assembling and disassembling this unit to try and make it work. I had a bad experience with Customer Service and would NOT recommend this product. Save your money.
