I used this tool on 1998 Lincoln Navigator with a 5.4L engine. This tool worked great and it had good instructions with it. I posted a video on youtube about how i used it as well. I only used it only on one cylinder head becauase it was the only side with a leaking head gasket/stripped spark plug thread. I would recommend it because it makes doing that job a whole lot easier.
