As anyone knows, caring for someone in ways that can no longer care for themselves is worrisome and sometimes difficult without the right tools. This product just made things a lot less worrisome a whole lot easier.OMG, getting people with ambulatory issues from one level of the house to the next and out the door for appointments and hopefully some recreation just became possible again for next to nothing (as compared to the cost of other modifications that were being considered -stairlifts and ramps)!We’re not young folks either, the care giver is in the 60s assisting an almost 300 pound person. The seat is north of 60 pounds itself, but I barely felt the weight going up or down the stairs. The chair is sturdy and easy to maneuver of bare floors. On carpet it’s a little more challenging, but doable.I would encourage others to get this tool, it’s a mobility game changer.
